Shipping & Return Policy
In accordance with the California State law you must be 21 years of age or older to purchase
wine or spirits. In placing an order with us, you are representing that you are at least 21 years
of age, and may be required to present to us age verification. Please Note: All wine
shipments require a signature for receipt. Signatures must be obtained by individuals over
the age of 21 years.
Local Delivery
Local delivery is available. Please call us to inquire about rates and availability.
Shipping
In most cases, orders placed after 2:00pm will be processed and shipped the following
business day. We will contact you by the end of the next business day if there are any
We make no representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship or receive alcohol into any
state outside of California. The buyer is solely responsible for shipment of alcoholic beverage
products. By placing an order, you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common
carrier to deliver your order to you.
Return Policy
Erotic Cellars is committed to the 100% satisfaction of our customers, and we want to hear
about any problems you may experience. Should any product be broken during shipping,
please email our Customer Service department at jp@eroticcellars.com,or call (805)
801.6377 within 24 hours of receipt of the goods so we can pursue a claim with the shipping
company. We ask that any broken product be returned in its original packaging. It is
understood that if the broken product cannot be returned, All Star Wine & Spirits cannot
provide a refund for damaged goods.
If the product you receive is not the product you ordered, please notify us within 24 hours of
receipt of the goods so that we can resolve the issue in a timely fashion.
Please DO NOT RETURN GOODS to us without having received prior authorization from us.
Shipping laws are very specific and we need to adhere to proper shipping procedures
whether the wine is being sent FROM us or TO us.
All products at Erotic Cellars are stored in a temperature-controlled environment and are in
excellent condition upon leaving our store. As is tradition in the wine trade, all bottles are
purchased at the buyer's risk. Any return claim will be addressed on a per order basis, and
under our discretion, may not be refundable. We assume no liability for wines that are
overheated (leaking), or frozen, as a result of shipping. If you feel that temperature extremes
(hot or cold) could pose a threat to the overall quality of the product, we strongly suggest that
you request to have your order shipped via express air service to ensure the highest level of
protection for your purchase.
We do understand that express service can be costly, and offer our warehouse as a safe
storing option until weather conditions are more conducive to shipping safely.
